Bookings – Payment

Please have a look. For bookings more than 45 days in advance, To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is mandatory.

For booking less than 45 days in advance, the payment must be fully. (100% non-refundable)

By making the deposit, you accept all the terms and conditions below.

For email bookings, bank details will be provided for the deposit. Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method for international bookings.

When making a transfer, please include the name or email used for the booking so we can identify the payment.

Deposits secure your booking and allow us to organize the services on your behalf.

When booking is set/agreed!

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the tour or rental begins, either in cash at the shop or by bank transfer.

Payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or similar platforms are not accepted.

Online money transfer services (e.g., Wise.com) or bank-to-bank transfers are allowed. Always include the booking name to identify the payment.

Proof of payment is required for all transfers.

Important: Failure to pay the balance before the start of the tour may result in cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Booking Cancellations:

For TOURS, only cancellations 48 days before the first riding day are reimbursed.

Or you can use your credit on your next visit within 18 months.

Riding in Madeira is rough and demanding!

We recommend a well prepared bike and, wear full face and good protection.
