BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations & Advance Booking
Standard booking requires a minimum of 45 days in advance.
During the High Season (March to October and December), booking more than 90 days in advance is strongly recommended due to high demand.
All reservations are subject to availability.

Payment Policy
60% of the total package price is required upon confirmation of the booking.
This amount is non-refundable, as accommodation payments are secured immediately after confirmation.
The remaining 40% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.

Accommodation
Accommodation is subject to availability with our partner properties.
The accommodation category: local guesthouse will be clearly specified in your package.
Check-in and check-out times follow the rules of the accommodation provider.
In the unlikely event that the original partner property is unavailable, an equivalent alternative of similar standard may be provided.

Shuttle Service
Daily schedules and pick-up points will be defined during the welcome briefing.
Routes or schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions or safety reasons.
A minimum number of participants (e.g., 2 riders) is required for the package to operate.
Riders are responsible for ensuring their bike is in good mechanical condition.
For your convenience, we offer a bike check-up service before riding days; this service is available at an additional cost and must be requested in advance.

Weather & Safety
Mountain weather in Madeira can change quickly, particularly in high-altitude areas.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to adjust trails, timings, or riding areas if necessary.

Insurance & Liability
Insurance
Riders must hold valid personal insurance covering MTB/enduro activities.
Our company holds full public liability insurance as required by Portuguese law.
Mountain biking is an outdoor adventure sport and involves inherent risks.

Important Details to Consider

✔ Minimum Number of Participants
A minimum number of 2 riders is required for operational viability.

✔ Accommodation Substitution Policy
If a partner property is fully booked, an equivalent alternative will be arranged.

✔ Airport Transfers
It is included with our partner company in the package if everyone arrives on the same flight. If guests arrive on different flights, an additional charge will apply due to separate transfers

✔ Tourist Tax
A municipal tourist tax applies.

✔ Bike Damage Responsibility
Riders are responsible for any damage to their own equipment.
